TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Lovin Malta Social Media Awards (the “Awards”). These terms will inform you about the rules and procedures relating to the Awards.
The Awards will reward Malta’s biggest influencers, social media channels, content creators, sports personalities, musicians, artists and viral sensations who dominated Maltese social media between 1st October 2021 and December 31st 2022.
The public is being invited to submit their nominations for the different award categories.
You (the “user”) can submit as many nominations as you like, for as many categories as you like, by using the nomination form on this website.
Once the nomination stage has closed, Lovin Malta will proceed to shortlist nominees, and then release the shortlisted finalists on this website.
The user can then proceed to vote for their favourite nominee in each of the categories. Note that only one vote per category will be accepted.
The voting mechanism is 100% based on public voting via this website.
The winner of each category will be the nominee with the most votes.
Winners will be announced via an online video that will be filmed and arranged by Lovin Malta, and aired primarily via the Lovin Malta Facebook page (and other relevant social media channels) during the month of April 2023.
All information we collect on the nomination form must be filled in correctly. Any information submitted will be treated in compliance with all applicable data protection legislation.
Productions that feature employees of Lovin Malta Ltd. will not be eligible for consideration in the final list of nominees.
